Carousel Resort Hotel And Condominiums - Ocean City

We love all the amenties! Location next to beach, bar and grill on beach, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, skating rink, theme dinners and more! It really felt like you could spend an entire day just on the resort and have a wonderful time!

We were in an interior room We didn't like the loud noise in the morning from the skating practice. They started up there music at 9 am and woke me up every time. You would like to be able to sleep pass 9 am for part of your vacation. There were many mistakes in the dining area due to new servers or servers with limited english language skills. There should be a hot tub for just adults. The common one near the pool was not a place you could relax and talk because of all the kids( including ours) who were screaming and very loud. Would be nice to have a quiet spot for adults.

Every employee we talked to was very polite and HELPFUL. FELT LIKE PART OF THE FAMILY.

Our room smelled like smoking had taken place.

Everything !!!! Our stay was such a nice experience. The staff and the accomdations were wonderful, we enjoyed ourselves immensely and would recommend the Carousel to anyone. We will definately be back !!!

Rooms were big and bed was comfortable! 2nd floor and ocean front...who could ask for more?? Pools were great and a short walk to the Ocean

Kids running around outside late at night...kind of noisy. Couldn't leave door open to hear Ocean due to them.

Indoor outdoor pool. clean rooms. easy Beach access. Atrium. Outside Grill and Bar. there was nothing that I could complain about. The carousel Completed hour Stay In Ocean City. we will definitely be back.

Nothing, Dull, Boring, Unfriendly staff and looked like a converted campsite for poverty stricken holiday makers, Photos on bookimg .com were misleading, I booked out immediately and got full refund.

Everything. Low standard, lower than budget rate

I didnt enjoy my stay at all. My room was smelly the floor and bed felt damp to the touch. I was afraid to walk on the floors .The bed was horrible; a sinking mattress. I thought I was going to fall through to the floor. The bathroom was not up to standards it could have used a few gallons of bleach. For the rates they charge, they need to step up there game. I deserve a refund or at less half. It was so bad I checked out 4 hours early I couldn't wait to get out of there!!!!!!!!!!

I loved the location and the public bus system in Ocean City which makes it so easy to get from one location to another, never a wait, beach beautiful, hotel very nice...city great

Location is very good. Across from Food Lion grocery, very good proximity to other amenities. For kids and parents it had plenty to do given the ice rink, indoor pool and game room, especially since it rained most of the Saturday that we were there. The beach was fine, but the break of the waves during high tide was very close to shore and there appeared to be some beach erosion in the area. Not the hotel's issue, but just fyi. However, we are big fans of OC's beach given the overall cleanliness.

We stayed in the hotel vs. The condo portion. The interior is dated and while that didn't not really bother us, the room we were given was perhaps the worst we could have imagined. It was just above the main entrance on the 2nd floor (city view) and above the area designated for smokers. It was loud, and we had to keep our sliding door closed unless we wanted to feel like we were in a gas chamber. While we did not care for our room particularly, the hotel is fine for what it is, a place to throw your things while you enjoy oc and again the convenience to walk- able amenities made it tolerable. Three stars for location, two stars for condition. The condos may be better.
